How do I order/buy?
Every Saturday at 6pm PST a limited number of cups are released for purchase here through our website.
After you checkout, you will receive an email questionnaire to finalize all of the customization details of your order.
All of our tie dye items are available for purchase here on our website at any given time.
Have you ever done a *insert any character/movie/design/theme*cup or tie dye before?
Literally EVERYTHING we make is 100% customizable, so even if we haven’t made an *insert theme here* cup or tie dye before, we can definitely create something for you! We can also repeat designs we’ve done in the past.
How many characters/images can you put on one cup?
We suggest a maximum of 6-8, depending on the images wanted, because the more you have the smaller they will be and the more crowded it will look.
Can we use discount codes?
Yes! We currently have two fabulous brand ambassadors who have a discount code you can use on any purchase (unless otherwise specified). Head to our Instagram page and look under our “brand ambassadors” highlight for details.
How can I become a brand rep/are you looking for brand reps?
We are taking a break from reps and currently only have two brand ambassadors at the moment. When we decide to open up some brand enthusiast spots again, we will make an announcement on our Instagram page, so keep an eye out over there.
If I send you a blank cup, can you add a design to it?
While we have done this in the past, we opted to no longer provide this service because not only did people take advantage of it, but it also defeats the purpose of shop drops and would end up extending our turn-around time.
How many cups are available during each drop?
Quantities of each drop varies depending on how many orders we can handle for the week.
Do you have any ready to ship cups or tie dye?
Everything (both cups and tie dye) is custom made to order with a turn-around time of 3-4 weeks, however we do have a “RTS sale” section here on our website where we list surprise RTS items, those of which will be announced on random days at varying times on our Instagram page.
How can I get an insulated tumbler?
Due to limited supplies, we open for custom insulated tumblers on a pre-order basis with an extended turn-around time. The openings for pre-orders will be announced on our Instagram page on random days at varying times by our brand ambassadors, so make sure you’re following them so you don’t miss out!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but we only offer free shipping within the U.S.
When will I get my order?
Please refer to the product description listed on each individual product on our website for updated turn-around times.
What if my order arrived and is incorrect or damaged?
While we hope this never happens, the unexpected can occur. If for some reason you receive the wrong item, or if it arrives damaged (with packaging still intact) please reach out to us via email at email@example.com stating your order number and the exact issue so we can work with you to get it sorted out. *Please note that we are not responsible for damaged/delayed/lost/stolen packages, and any questions or concerns regarding those should be directed towards USPS.*
